We are proud organic growers, packers, and handlers of Thompson Seedless grapes, operating two ranches located in Madera, in California's Central Valley. In June 2008, we received official organic certification from the CCOF, confirming that we had cultivated our fields without the use of chemicals for a minimum of three years before obtaining this certification.

Our journey began in 2005 when Steve N. Tabrizi, the President and CEO of Pica Trade Co., Inc., decided to embrace a new challenge after three decades of success in trading. He had extensive experience selling to chain food stores and importing various products into the United States. This new chapter in his career led him to establish his own manufacturing project. The first step was acquiring California Gourmet, Inc., Ranch. A few months later, he added a second ranch to our portfolio. Leveraging his engineering background, Steve navigated the intricate and demanding field of grape and raisin production, an industry for which the Fresno-Madera area has earned worldwide acclaim.

In 2006, we celebrated our first major achievement with the successful harvest of our initial crop of Thompson Seedless raisins that were organic in transition. This was followed by our ranch #1 receiving organic certification in 2008, with ranch #2 earning the same honor in June 2009.
